Your trusted attorneys, Joseph Coronato Sr. and Joseph Coronato Jr., are a father son duo who have spent the majority of their lives immersed in the Jersey Shore Community. With over 50 years of combined experience Joe Sr. and Joe Jr. have managed hundreds of cases and have passionately fought for the people and businesses of Ocean, Monmouth, and Atlantic Counties as well as their surrounding areas.
Joe Sr. is a litigator with extensive experience in Federal and New Jersey State courts. His practice has focused on Criminal and Civil litigation. Joe Sr.’s practice includes Governmental Board Representation, Land Use, Real Estate Transactions, Educational Board Representation, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Criminal Defense; Municipal Prosecution, as well as Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning/Litigation.
Joe Jr. is a well-rounded litigator who adds experience at nearly every level of New Jersey, Florida, and the Federal Court Systems. In particular, Joe Jr. has appeared in New Jersey Municipal Court, Superior Court, and the New Jersey Appellate Division. In Florida, Joe Jr handled numerous cases in the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal and even the Florida Supreme Court. Also, Joe Jr. has experience in the Federal Southern District of Florida and the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court. Joe Jr. prides himself as an effective communicator and strives for excellence in the court room.
